Firstly who ever working on Data science filed they need have a more generalist kind of quality in through which they have to quickly understand the problem and gather the required information in generalist(a person competent in several different fields or activities.) fashion . Once we have information then with his specialized skill he can solve the same with data
In order to get this kind of generalist mind set they need to have the below mentioned skills
- Curiosity /Curtsy
- Need to understand the problem in detail, where he has to patiently listen the client problem statement and need to detail each point
- Proactive nature
- As DS is multidisciplinary field need to have lot of collaboration nature than competitive nature ( should be a good team player)
- Open mildness – able to put his taught/idea clearly
Once you good at understanding problem , now we have lot of auto ML tools through which you can easily solve the problem so focus more on how to inculcate these skills……
