Therefore, as an organisation, we have decided to conduct a couple of training sessions in a week on topics requested by the employees. The topics are covered from both the technical and application point of view. Emphasis is laid on making the session participatory where in employees to hold discussions with the trainers – researchers, analysts, data engineers, and more.
With multi-disciplinary professionals as trainers, the training sessions end with participants gaining a thorough knowledge of the topic with respect to a particular domain helping them implement the learnings in their regular work.
